RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (FlowPow GmbH, Asselner Hellweg 205, 44319
Dortmund, Germany, email:kontakt@flowpow.de ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Excluded from the cancellation are perishable goods and sealed goods whose packaging has been opened. These are not suitable for resale for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the cost of returning the goods yourself.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not members of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food or opened previously sealed goods cannot be returned.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift vouchers
- Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted
- Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

OFFER ITEMS
A refund can only be made for regular priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us atkontakt@flowpow.de and send the item to: Asselner Hellweg 205, 44319 Dortmund, Germany.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
SHIPMENT
To return your product, you should send your product to: Asselner Hellweg 205, 44319 Dortmund, Germany.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are sending an item valued over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
