SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipments to packing stations are only carried out if payment is made by bank transfer.
We do not ship to PO boxes or outside the EU.
In addition, apart from the explicitly listed EU states, no third countries belonging to an EU state are supplied. Examples of this include French Polynesia and New Caledonia. They do not belong to the customs territory of the European Union and are considered third country territories within the meaning of sales tax law.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the DHL website.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement.
If international shipments are seized/confiscated due to prohibitions by the police or other authorities, no refunds or replacements will be made.
Every customer outside Germany is responsible as an importer for informing themselves about the relevant legal regulations before ordering in order to ensure that the products do not violate national law.
