Shipping information
We ship to the entire EU with a few exceptions. Except for Cyprus, Sweden and Finland.
Shipping within Germany costs 5.95€. For orders over 75€, shipping is free within Germany.
Outside Germany in the EU, shipping costs €16.95 for orders up to one kilogram. For a precise breakdown of prices and the countries included, please see the information on payment and shipping.
The goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
The delivery time of the packages depends on the delivery country. Within Germany, DHL usually delivers within 1-2 working days. In other EU countries, DHL delivery times are between 1-7 working days.

We can only accept payments via SEPA bank transfer.
Yes, your payment is safe with us. We are a GmbH registered in Germany and cannot afford any mistakes.
Return information
You can return your order within 14 days. The item must be in its original packaging and must not show any signs of use.
If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.
The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
