Adjustment of shipping costs & international shipping
Some of you may have already noticed. DHL has increased the prices for parcel shipping. This is why we were forced to adjust the shipping prices for you. Instead of €4.95, shipping within Germany has now cost €5.95 since the beginning of October. We do not earn anything from shipping and simply pass the costs on. For orders over €75, we continue to offer free shipping and try to offset the costs through the products.
Alternatively, we would have had to adjust the product prices or use another shipping service provider. We had DPD and other service providers prepare appropriate offers and came to the conclusion that DHL is still the best choice within Germany.
On the other hand, we have received a lot of enquiries from other EU countries in recent months. In the meantime, we had added Austria and Spain as shipping countries. Now we have activated the shop for the entire EU, with a few exceptions (Sweden, Finland and Cyprus are excluded).
